I love photography. I love contemporary art. Ice cream and brownies make me happy. I believe in fate. I do 99% of my shopping online. I’m a mother, wife, daughter & friend. I’m a photographer. I’m a lover of life.

Every family is different. Every session is new. Each relationship has a unique feel and energy. Whether your family unit includes a mom + dad, mom, dad, mom + mom, dad + dad, grandma + mom…my goal is always the same: to capture the essence of each family and narrate their story on camera. I feel absolutely blessed to be doing what I love! Although every family is different, they do have at least one thing in common — they embrace my quirky ways (moving furniture outside for an awesome shot, or having your baby sit on the family dining table, for example)!!!

My love of photography and art started way back when life wasn’t as hectic and fast paced when we actually had time to sit down with a good book and a cup of coffee every day. I remember flipping through magazines as a youngster, totally captivated by the images on the pages. When I got a little older, I would spend hours at book stores, so inspired by the art presented in photography books. In college, I remember buying my first modern art history book, and falling in love. I’d have to say that Dali & Magritte stole my heart. My work is inspired by the mystery & wonder of surrealism; which to me, parallels the the world seen through the eyes of a child. When my son was born, my love for photography grew even more…inspired me even more…his little toes & sweet babyness…how fast he grows & my desire to capture every single moment in time and freeze frame it continues to inspire me every.single.day! I hope to share my love of photography with you!
