She definitely stopped me in my tracks more than once during our session!  This little girl is just beautiful, and her thoughtful gaze was just as eye catching as her adorable smile and laugh. What I loved even more was photographing her with her mommy. They have such a loving and special bond – a mommy and daughter connection – and it’s clear that they are the best of friends :) It was really, really super sweet. And of course, watching daddy with his baby girl made my heart melt – daddy is truly smitten with his little angel. She is definitely a beauty…she is extremely charming…and very spunky!

…beautiful. This is just the perfect word to describe this adoring couple and their sweet baby. Few words can describe the amazing connection that mommy & daddy have. Just being around them makes me feel warm & fuzzy because they are clearly smitten with each other – it’s the cutest thing! And now with their new sweet baby girl, that love & emotion is even greater :) I sooo enjoy spending time with them – this little trio is very special, and I feel extremely lucky to have had a little glimpse into their journey to parenthood – and what amazing parents they are!

…that he was going to be a cutie (wink). I mean, just look at how gorgeous his big sister is! This sweet baby boy was as content as he looks in the photos. He slept and slept, which always makes for nice, cozy, precious newborn photos. It was so nice to photograph a super sleepy, super calm newborn. The last few I have photographed stayed wide awake for most of the session :) So thank you to Owen for making me one very happy photographer!

…isn’t she? Those beautiful blue eyes and gorgeous red hair. She is striking! And her brother, would you look at how cute he is? I just want to pinch those cheeks! And look at those loooong lashes he has! This session was so fun and extremely hilarious – as usual with this amazing family. Lots of energy, lots of laughter, and lots of moving around….fast. I had a blast! I definitely think all of the bold colors in the setting complemented their personalities perfectly :)

…I’m referring to baby girl and her big brother. They are both so, so adorable and the camera definitely loves both of them! What a sweet little girl Madison is. So precious and dainty. And her big brother – full of energy and extremely, extremely charming! And I have to give huge kudos to mommy for so gracefully managing two kids – one being a newborn! It is not easy, I can tell you that! And doesn’t she look beautiful? This might just be one of my favorite mommy/baby pictures yet :)

to start the New Year than with the birth of a beautiful baby boy! What an amazing experience it was to photograph their c-section. Birth is truly a breathtaking, indescribable event. The emotions I feel from behind the camera hit me like a ton of bricks every time. Especially this time because I delivered both of my babies at this very hospital! What an awesome team of nurses and doctors – they took such great care of mama (who experienced lots of blood loss which meant she had to be under close observation). She was such a trooper and it was an honor to be present at their baby boy’s birth. He is a gorgeous baby indeed!

that beautiful, firey red hair can give you a pretty accurate bit of insight about this little girl. Just as her mom described her – she is definitely a red-headed ball of fire! Full of sparkle & personality, that’s for sure! And of course, her little brother was equally fun to photograph. He was one of the most relaxed babies I’ve photographed. A content, happy little guy with stunning blue yes (just like his mama’s). And would you get a load of those sibling shots?! Super cute duo indeed! What makes it even more lovely? They actually enjoyed being next to each other – which is not always the case when I do sibling shots at their ages :) An overall super fun session that also got me some much needed cardio as I chased big sis around!

come in small packages. She’s dainty, sweet, petite, and oh so precious. At one month, she was so good to us and gave us some sleepy time so that we could photograph her warm cuddly newborn goodness. I also really enjoyed photographing her awake! She was so content and relaxed – just looking around and observing her new world. No cries or fussiness – what a sweet, lovely little girl! I’m very much looking forward to seeing her again in a few months – I know her cuteness will skyrocket!

How sweet, lovely & beautiful – an adorable baby boy with his pretty pretty mama – these two are a vision of perfection with the soft sunlight behind them :) And would you look at those big blue eyes?!
