…..with his mama! This sweet baby boy was just smmmiitten with his mommy – especially when she sang songs for him. I’m pretty sure it was the sound of her voice and loving smile that made him coo and giggle like he did. It was seriously the cutest sight to see when he giggled and drooled with excitement! And just look at his big brown eyes – so adorable….and some majorly awesome hair! Lots lots more images I loved from this session…here are just a few:
….sure, it’s super cute when babies are giggling and laughing the entire time during photo sessions, but I also really love that serious look. Especially, especially with a baby as cute as this one. Quite pensive – taking in the world around him (and probably wondering who I am & why I’m dancing around in front of him). I know I say this often, but really, I just adore sessions between 7-9 months! Because babies are sitting up unassisted at this time, we can get totally creative! And yes, they may also be crawling (which means I’ll also be on the floor crawling right along with them), but the bruised knees are totally worth it…crawling pictures are super cute – and I’m not afraid to get down there on the floor and play! Now here are some sneak peaks for mommy and daddy of little Mr. You-should-be-a-Gerber-baby-model…how amazingly cute is he?
….this sweet girlie just loved looking in the mirror :) And how could anyone blame her – just look at how deliciously chubby and adorable she is! Those rolls, those big eyes, those pouty lips…I always, always love sessions between 6-8 months. It’s always a win-win situation for me because babies are giggly, full of personality…and still have that baby chub (which tends to start shedding at 12 months) – which makes for a fun session AND amazing images! This one was no different. She rocked the photo session – loved the camera!
…being so absolutely sweet, that is. Isn’t she just a doll? She’s an itty bitty bundle of joy – so adorable, squeezable, lovely! Her mommy described her smile as one that lights up an entire room – and I completely agree! Just look at that smile….so contagious! At 3.5 months, this beauty was an amazing model–sometimes this age can be tricky to photograph, but she was a dream! She loved looking right at the camera…and I was giddy every time she smiled :) Even when she wasn’t smiling, I was still captivated by her big brown eyes. So perfectly round…with a curiously innocent gaze. She is truly a beautiful baby. But what made me even happier was watching how mommy and daddy loved her up sooo much. They were so gentle, loving & effortless in the ways they interacted with their sweet baby girl :) I had am amazing time!
I’m clearly a sucker for colorful photos…but sometimes black and whites just get the message across more effectively. This session was so inspiring. Embracing natural light, shadows, angles…truly captures the miracle and beauty of the pregnant form.
