The big ONE

Happy (early) birthday! I cannot believe it has been nearly one year since I first photographed this handsome boy as a newborn and of course at 7 mos! Now he’s a big boy – getting ready to turn ONE! I can’t say enough what a blessing it is that I’m able to do what I do. Being invited into the homes and hearts of amazing families to capture unforgettable memories is a true, true joy. Especially being a mother myself, I have a deep appreciation and understanding about how magical it is to have a child…the feelings of love and adoration…of unconditional love…and the amazement that comes with being a parent! It’s really impossible to describe the love you have for your child, until you become a parent yourself…It’s been an incredible journey documenting this sweet boy’s milestones over the past year – and what makes me even more giddy is that I get to photograph his sweet family even beyond his first birthday So here’s to the birthday boy!
